Steps to Toggle AI Features On/Off
Note: To access these toggles in the SimGate Portal, you must have "Enterprise Admin" permissions. If you have this access, follow the steps below.

Open the Portal for your enterprise: https://[enterprise].regis-co.com/portal
In the left navigation menu, go to Enterprise Settings.
You’ll see a list of AI features, all of which are enabled by default.
From this list, you can toggle off any features you don’t want users in your enterprise to access.
When a feature is disabled, it will appear "greyed out" and will be unclickable in Studio.
FAQ
What happens if I have an existing project in the enterprise and I toggle a feature off?
Toggling a feature off will not affect any content that has already been created using that feature. Content related to a disabled feature will remain editable and accessible, even though the feature is turned off.
Why do AI Generated Video and AI Avatar Collections 1 and 2 toggle off when I disable AI Generated Voice?
AI Generated Voice is integrated with these features. Disabling AI Voice also disables the functionality of the related features, such as AI Generated Video and AI Avatar Collections 1 and 2.
