Feature Improvements

The step ‘Identify Learning Objectives’ now allows for up to five selections
The green checkmark has been changed to a save button that is located under the changed text.
Improved the document upload dialog to be more user friendly
- pdf file only
- if the file size exceeds 1gb, show a warning and disable the upload button
- if there is no Folder/Topic specified then the file is uploaded to "new folder" / "New topic"
- there now a note that shows explaining if no folder /topic is selected
- uploading now has a progress bar

Updated 1.3.0 project to have the addon in 1.3.1
Pages in ReX can no longer be skipped
When applying context with a specific topic to ReX, the resulting prompt now contains the correct results based on the context
When the user is an organization and refreshes a page, the user will stay in the organization instead of switching to personal documents
ReX chat and document chat no longer gives error application error and works as intended.
Parsing errors have been corrected
List builder now exports correctly from ReX
Secondary Users are not able to edit another person’s project within an Organization
Document uploading has been optimized
Deleting an Organization with an existing project doesn’t display an error

The process for updating older projects in ReX to version 1.3.1 and beyond has been updated. This improvement allows the Content Creator to:
- access their older projects and regenerate the step "Identify Important Characters".
- take advantage of the latest updates to the checklist features which now allow for 5 checklist selections.
ReX has been updated to improve the stability and reliability of exporting slideshows.

Content Download
- The user may now download ReX content to an editable document (type .doc , other types coming soon) any time during project creation.
Project Management
- Creating Folders
  - Project Management has been improved to allow content creators to be able to put their projects into folders.
- Duplicating and Moving Projects
  - The project management feature has been updated to allow the user to move and duplicate their projects.
  - This includes moving to and from My Projects and Organizations.
- Sharing Projects
  - Project management has been updated to allow for Content Creators to share a folder. The projects in the shared folder are read-only until the projects are duplicated by another content creator which then results in the duplicated projects being editable.
- Star and Un-star projects
  - Project Management has been improved to allow content creators to be able to Star and Un-star a project. This will allow the content creators the benefit of easily seeing their starred projects.
- Archive and Unarchive projects
  - Project Management has been improved to allow content creators to archive and unarchive a project.

ReX author no longer needs to copy/paste titles within the prompt steps, which was confusing. Now, there is a step where the titles are created automatically for export to Studio.
Improved In-tool Messaging
- Messaging has been updated to inform the user when ReX times out resulting in the user being logged out.
- A tooltip has been added to the top navigation that explains how the sharing function works. This tip becomes available after clicking the share button.
Ability to upload multiple files simultaneously with a combined total size of 1 GB

The project management functionality has been updated: users will no longer be able to create projects from the Archived tab or the Starred tab.
Document management has been improved to allow:
- Users to rename documents uploaded to ReX
- Users to view the names of the documents that have been uploaded into ReX
ReX Document chat has been updated to display as expected on the contexts page.
COA options generated by ReX now are always different.

Users can now share projects. Shared projects will be placed in the ‘Shared with me’ folder
Exporting functionality has been updated

Addon Functionality has been updated so that content from the perspectives now relates to the content that the addon is attached to.
Addon Perspectives have been updated to allow creators to generate three perspectives correctly and export the perspectives to Sudio.
