Easily import ReX template sets into Studio for ready-to-use, learner-friendly pages.

The process includes AI video generation, AI avatar creation, and custom-designed pages tailored to your learning experience.

💡 What to expect when exporting Template Sets to Studio!

  • Tailored Project Types – Pre-designed look and feel ReX templates for rapid prototyping and polished final designs based on the selected project type in ReX (e.g., Microlearning).

  • Seamless Content Alignment – Studio pages align effortlessly with ReX-created content.

  • Custom Learner Navigation – Easily add pages for learner interface or top navigation (e.g., “Resources”).

  • Automatic AI Video Creation – AI videos and avatars generate automatically upon import.

  • Avatar Sync – Studio avatars match the gender and voice of the character selected in ReX. Note: If a project includes an AI Avatar, it will automatically default to a AI Avatar Collection 1 avatar in Studio.

  • Consistent Storyline Characters – Maintain narrative flow and engagement with recurring characters.

  • Scoring and Reporting - The Studio author will need to add scoring and learner feedback pages to complete the learning experience.


DIY STEPS to Export from ReX to Studio

NOTE: The import / export process from ReX to Studio has not changed!

In ReX

  1. Ensure all prompts and pages in your project are completed.

  2. Click the Export icon.

  3. Name your ReX project so it's easily identifiable in Studio.

  4. Click Export—your project is now ready to be imported into Studio.

In Studio

  1. Open a new project and select the ReX icon in the top navigation.

  2. Decide which import option you’d like to choose

    1. Replace Whole Flow:

      1. Imports all pages and the full flow from ReX.

      2. Overrides any existing content in the project.

    2. Import Individual Pages:

      1. Allows the author to select specific pages to import into Studio.

      2. Imported pages will not be automatically added to the flow.

      3. Instead, they will be accessible in the Pages section or through the Page Add dialog.

  3. From the dropdown, choose the ReX project you want to import.

  4. Click Import—your project will now appear in the Studio wireflow.


FAQ

What if I want to add more pages to the flow after the import?

  • If you need to add more pages to the flow after importing, you can do so as usual. However, be sure to select the page from the correct library to maintain consistent styling. This will display available pages from the library that you can incorporate into your flow.

    • Microlearning Project = ReX Templates (Microlearning) in Studio

    • Simulation Starter Project = ReX Templates (Simulation) in Studio

Where is the scoring and feedback page?

  • Once your project has been exported to Studio, you will need to add scoring as well as create the learner feedback pages after import. You can add the feedback page from the library and edit it to meet the needs of your design.
