VIDEO: SEE IT IN ACTION

Initialize Your Scoring Model

  • Go to the Scoring icon in the top right navigation (it looks like a speedometer).

  • The first time you visit this page, you'll need to "Initialize" the scoring model, then choose "confirm".

METRICS = WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO MEASURE?

  • Metric = Individual Scored Category

    • Most often, but not limited to: skills, behaviors, frameworks, KPIs (key performance areas), mindset shifts, and/or stakeholder impacts. Within the scoring model, we call these metrics.

  • Rollup Metric = Top-Level Category that combines the scores of individual metrics

    • Win Metric or Aggregate Round Score - 80 pts

    • Round over round, cumulative

ASSIGNING VALUES = WHAT IS THE SCORE OR DEGREE OF IMPACT?

Each activity answer choice or action needs an assigned value that directly links your pre-defined scoring metric and its score or degree of impact on participant decisions or actions.
