How To: Use Parameters in COA Activity Template
How To: Use Parameters in COA Activity Template
Updated over a week ago

The Course of Action (COA) activity is designed to assess higher cognitive abilities and the additional Parameters are an opportunity to elevate the depth and impact of the activity.

Ways to use parameters to deepen learning:

  • Reflection on their decision (ex. how important was X in your decision?)

  • Evaluation of tradeoffs in decision-making (ex. this or that?)

  • Predicting impacts (ex. impact on KPIs, CSAT etc)

  • Allocate budget or hours (ex. use the slider as a number continuum)

By no means are these the only ways to use parameters within the COA template - please get creative and share how you choose to use them!

TIP: If you want a COA-type layout without the attached parameters, you can easily use the page builder template to create it!
