How do I share a page outside of my project? Does it have to be done via a library?
All page sharing (outside of a project) needs be done with this Library Feature.
Once shared to a Library, you can access that page/template in all of your other projects and can share it to an Enterprise Library so your colleagues can also use it!
What if a page is accidentally deleted or archived by another team member?
Never fear! All archived projects and libraries can be retrieved and “unarchived” when needed.
Currently, there is no built-in version control for libraries, but this can be self-managed by duplicating your library when you want a checkpoint.
What are some tips for a good Library Management Strategy?
Descriptive Names: Name each of your pages/templates with unique and descriptive titles to make it easier to search for and locate them in the future.
Organize by Category: Group your pages/templates into library categories based on their purpose or topic to make them easier to locate and use.
e.g. Reports Library, Skills Practice Library, Leadership Library, Information Sharing Library, etc
Feedback Mechanism: Encourage users to provide feedback on templates to continuously improve their quality and relevance.
Regular Updates: Regularly update and add new templates to keep the library fresh and relevant to users' evolving needs, brand changes, or asset updates.
Once you have sent a page to a library, you can fine-tune that page by opening its containing library directly in Studio, and editing the page as usual – Just be careful, as you cannot currently revert changes made.
