💡 TIPS

  • Be sure to follow the directions. You can only select as many options as the directions describe (this includes the options you write in).

    • Once you have selected the correct amount, click Continue to move forward.

  • You cannot edit the options you create. If you want to edit the option, simply create a new option and unselect the option you no longer want.

DIY STEPS

In ReX, when a prompt includes checkboxes, the author can add extra options and select them as needed. Follow the steps below to add your own items:

The last item on the list has a text entry box that says “Enter additional item here…”

Write your item in that box, and press enter.

Your item will be added to the list and will be selected to use.

  • You can add as many items as you'd like, but you can only select the number of options permitted by the prompt.

If an item you’ve added to the list already exists, a message will appear at the bottom left of your screen saying, “This item is already included in the checklist.”

Each checklist has a limit on the number of items the author can select. Once that limit is reached, you won’t be able to add more options, and a message will appear at the bottom of the checklist saying, “You’ve reached the maximum number of selections.”
