This SimGate Dashboard for facilitators shows you how to deliver, manage and report on sessions as a facilitator.
Logging into the Dashboard
Open a Chrome browser
The Dashboard is optimized for Google Chrome. If you are using another browser, errors may occur.
Login + Password:
Your URL: yourcompanyname.regis-co.com Your work email address
Default PW: Simulation123! (You can change this at any time)

GDPR Privacy Notice
After the user logs in, they get a privacy notice that discloses the type of data collected and its use. Click Accept to agree.
Adding and Managing Users - Facilitators
To add a facilitator, choose the User option on the dashboard. Select the + icon in the upper right and select New User. Complete facilitator information (details below in notes).
IMPORTANT! Permissions must be set for Facilitators! Select the name of the program.
Accessing Sessions During Delivery
When you log in to the dashboard, click on SESSIONS.
Facilitators have access to the following:
View the active, upcoming, or ended sessions they are assigned to.
See the progress of sessions in real-time
Advance or reset participants during delivery
Access facilitator reports such as the Decision Report

Using Sessions During Delivery
For Facilitators, the two primary functions of the dashboard during delivery is to:

Entering an Active Session
Find your Active Session from the list.
To enter the session, click the three dots menu to the right of the session name.
Choose Open from the dropdown.
You’ll see the necessary tools when delivering the session from this view.
Check a team’s progression in the simulation
Once viewing the active session, you will be able to tell where the teams/participants are in the simulation by looking at the Round Status and Current State columns.
Advancing Teams: Access & Details
At the end of each round within the sim, when part of the intentional design, teams/participants are forced into a ‘Wait State’ where they can not go any further without facilitators/admins advancing them to the next round. This allows for time to debrief between rounds and prevents teams/participants from moving ahead before they are supposed to.
Advancing Teams/Participants Instructions:
Find your Active session via the main Sessions screen.
Enter into the session via the three dots menu, click OPEN, and this will bring you to the screen with the tools necessary to advance participants through rounds, reset them, and access facilitator reports.
When a team/participant has completed a round and is ready to advance to the next round, the circle/bubble to the right will have a “pause” (ll) icon AND the “Current State” status will say “WAIT STATE” (indicating they have completed all activities and reach the waitstate at the end of the round).
How to Advance ALL Teams
Once viewing the active session, you can easily advance your teams to the next round.
NOTE: To make sure all teams are at the same point in the sim, at the same time, we suggest you assign ONE facilitator/coach to be in charge of advancing all teams from round to round.
It is helpful to do this shortly before the next round begins – this way, teams remain in the “Wait State” of the previous round until the whole group is ready to move on.
This eliminates the risk that teams get ahead of others in the simulation.
Resetting Participants:
Sometimes, you may need to “reset” a team to a previous round or back to the beginning of the sim.
WARNING: This deletes data for work completed and brings them back to the prior round or the beginning of the sim. IF you choose to reset, all data is lost, and there is NO WAY to restore that data.
Resetting Participants Instructions:
These are the SAME steps as above, only choosing “Reset ” instead of “Advance” in the Session Actions dropdown.
Reporting
You will use Decision reports and the At-a-glance Answer Key to quickly interpret their decisions and prepare for your character 1:1 interactions!
Team Decision reports are available via the Dashboard within the Active Session
The report feature on the dashboard is used to view the various reports facilitators might use in their debriefs or team 1:1 interactions.
Facilitators can see the participants' choices in each activity within that round. At the end of the simulation, you will see ALL of the participants' choices in all activities throughout the full simulation.
Accessing Decision Reports
Find your Active Session from the list. Click the three dots menu to the right of the session name. Choose Open from the drop-down.
From this view, you can access the available reports from the drop-down menu labeled Reports in the upper right. Choose Decision Reports to open a new window that will show participants' decisions throughout the completed rounds.

Enrolled Sessions
When you log in to the dashboard, click on ENROLLED SESSIONS.
Think of this as the learning hub for participants where they can see any of the courses they are scheduled to take or have taken.
