Do learners have to provide their work or private email to access a course?

No, it is up to the client what information is used for learners. We have some clients who will use a generic email in place of a personal or work email and we have an anonymous registration option.

When using an LMS to access Regis courses, it is up to the client what student ID data is passed to the Regis platform. For more information, please go here.

What client data does Regis have access to?

Regis does not have access to any Client Data.

How long does Regis retain our data?

By default, we keep data until either the contract ends or the company specifically requests we delete the data. We have 45 days to delete data after the request has been made."
