How to: Login to ReX
Updated over a month ago

ReX Login is integrated with the SimGate suite!

Streamlined access to ReX gets you started creating content faster!

ReX Access

1. Open a Chrome or Edge browser

2. ReX Enterprise URL

Please do NOT try to login to the old URL (https://rex.regis-co.com) as you won't be able to export your content to Studio! IF you accidentally log into ReX via the old link and complete the email authentication process, you will still be able to access ReX but NOT be able to export from ReX to Studio.

3. Login via your Email + Password or Company Single sign-on (SSO)

  • Be sure to use the same email address and password that you use to login to the SimGate suite of tools.

The platform is optimized for Google Chrome and EDGE. If you are using another browser, errors may occur.

I want to export my ReX content to studio - why didn't it show up as an option in the dropdown in Studio?

This could happen for a few reasons:

  1. You must be logged in to ReX via your NEW ReX enterprise login link which looks something like this: https://XXX.regis-co.com/rex .... IF you logged into ReX via the old link and authentication process, (https://rex.regis-co.com) you will not be able to export from ReX to Studio.

  2. Do you have access to multiple enterprises? If so, you might have logged in to a different enterprise, in which case your export will be associated with the same enterprise in Studio in which you originally logged into.

    1. No worries if this happens - you can open the export into a new project in one enterprise in Studio and then duplicate it to the other enterprise.
