Enjoy having your very own 'Text Assistant' for quick actions like shortening, lengthening, defining, or suggest action items in one click. Or, utilize Rex AI's power to script answer choices and responses aligned with your objectives.

DIY STEPS

Open your Page or Activity: Begin by opening any page or activity with a Rich Text Editor (RTE) in studio.

Access the Rich Text Editor (RTE): Click on the content you want to edit, and then click on the pencil to open the Rich Text Editor (RTE) panel.

Access Rex: Locate the Rex icon in the options and click on it.

Edit Content: Highlight the text you want to edit and enter your prompt in the prompt bar, such as shortening, summarizing, or rewriting.

Click the Rex icon to see suggestions based on your prompt.

Review ReX's Suggestions: Choose to replace the entire content block, replace a section or insert it after specific text.

Finalize Edits: Once complete with your edits, either accept changes or to ignore the suggestions, click off the box to leave ReX.

Click Save when done editing.

Use Rex to script Answer Choices and Responses

Utilize Rex AI's Power to script Answer choices and Responses aligned with your objectives.

Example: Explore manager responses by clicking on the scenario's responses and asking, “How would a manager respond?” or “Rewrite this scenario, but include a tradeoff the manager should consider.”
