Creating folders

Organize your ReX projects into folders.

  • Organize projects by topic area, business division, or client type.

  • Keep draft projects separate from final projects

DIY Steps: Creating folders:

  1. Click on the +folder icon in the top right of the project page

  2. Name your folder, and then click Create

  3. Your folder will appear on the projects page

  4. Click into the folder to create a new project OR move an existing project into the folder you created

DIY Steps: Moving a project into a folder:

  1. Click on the ellipse on the project

  2. Click on Move

  3. Select where you’d like to move your project

  4. Then click Move

Can I move folders?

  • Yes, you can move a folder from My Projects to an Organization and vise versa


“Star” your Favorite Projects

“Star” a project to identify it as a “favorite”. The starred project will appear in the Starred Project folder so that the ReX author can easily locate the project.

DIY Steps: Starring a project

  1. From the project page, hover over the project you want to star and click on the three ellipse in the top right

  2. Click Star. The starred project will appear in the Starred folder in the left navigation. It will also appear in its original location

DIY Steps: Unstarring a project

  1. From the project page, hover over the project you want to star and click on the three ellipse in the top right

  2. Click Unstar. The unstarred project will be removed from the Starred folder in the left navigation


Archiving a project

If there is a project you no longer want to use or refer to, you can archive it so it does not show up in the project folders. If you change your mind, you’re able to go to the Archive folder and “un-archive” the project to bring it back to My Projects.

DIY Steps: Archiving a project

  1. Click on the three ellipse in the top right of your project

  2. Click on archive

  3. When prompted select “Archive project” to complete the task

  4. Your project will be moved to the “Archived” folder in the left navigation

DIY Steps: Unarchiving a project

  1. In the Archive folder, click on the three ellipse in the top right of your project

  2. Click on Unarchive

  3. When prompted select “Un-archive project” to complete the task

  4. Your project will be removed from the “Archived” folder in the left navigation and will reappear in its original location.
