Create facilitator-specific pages that are only visible to facilitators during their visits.
These pages can be designed and set up like any other page in Studio, including the use of logic and interactivity.
Use Case
Facilitator Evaluation During Non-Technology Activities
Below are instructions for authors who would like a facilitator to visit the learning experience while participants are in a "wait state." During this period, learners will be engaged in an activity that does not involve technology. The facilitator will use a rubric to evaluate the learners' performance. The rubric is visible only to the facilitator during their visit and can be linked to additional logic within the Studio to trigger specific resources for the learners.

DIY STEPS
Visit Feature Configuration
Setting up the Session Visitor Settings in Studio
In your project, click on the Settings icon located in the top navigation bar.
Toggle the option to enable session visitors.
Note: This step is crucial, as it allows facilitators to visit participants directly from the dashboard. If this option is not enabled, facilitators will not see the visit option. After enabling the session visitor option, return to your wireflow to edit your project.
Defining Learner- or Facilitator-Only Content
Within the wireflow, determine which state will contain facilitator-only content and make that state a "waitstate."
Content intended for learners
Add the desired activity page to the selected state. (In the example shown, we are using PageBuilder.)
On the page, edit the content intended for learners.
Click on Settings, then select Show/Hide.
Set the show/hide logic to make the content visible only to learners by linking it to Global > User > Is Team/Participant in the logic editor. Click Save.
NOTE: A green wrapper will appear around the content, indicating that logic is applied.
Content intended for Facilitators
Repeat the process to specify which content will be visible to facilitators.
On the page, edit the content intended for FACILITATORS.
Click on Settings, then select Show/Hide.
Set the show/hide logic to make the content visible only to facilitators by linking it to Global > User > Is Facilitator in the logic editor.
Again, you will see a green wrapper indicating that logic is now applied.

Test the Logic Setup
To verify that the logic is correctly set up, return to the wireflow and select Preview from the top navigation.
You can view the content as either a participant or a facilitator using the dropdown menu in the top navigation. Note: Make sure you’re on the page that has the show/hide logic.
