FAQ
Why don’t I see any data in my report?
If a project is deployed using a session-less link, no data will be collected or available for reporting.
If a project is deployed using an anonymous session, only aggregate data will be shown. This means you’ll be able to see overall metrics, but no user-specific data (like names, scores, or progress) will be available.
Why can’t I delete a template?
Only admins can delete templates; facilitators cannot delete templates.
Can I copy a template I created?
Yes, you can copy a template creating a new version with "Copy of {Template Name}" as the default name. Templates are project-specific and cannot be moved or copied between projects.
