Finalizing your Project


⚠️ ATTENTION!

Each of your SimGate courses is uniquely designed to support a specific learner experience and corresponding delivery needs, so it's standard practice for Instructional Designers to create customized course and facilitator guides as part of the final project deliverables. Because of this, we don’t have a one-size-fits-all set of documentation for course deployment. Instead, this page provides example documents and resources you can use as a model for your own facilitator guide and support materials.

Disclaimer: Please note, these examples are meant to inspire and guide you, but will require customization to fit the specific needs of your project and should not be used as-is.


Pilot & Delivery Planning

  • Template Run of Show (editable .xlsx example)

    • A set of standard run-of-show template sheets that outlines every minute of an entire event from start to finish. We've included many extra sheets that you can delete or use as needed.

  • Pilot Planning Deck (editable .ppt example)

    • Plan ahead to shape the pilot details, including: purpose and success metrics, size, scope (parts vs. whole), target audience, delivery and communication specifics.


SimGate Dashboard for Deployment & Delivery

Dashboard Overview & Access Levels

  • Used to manage the deployment of courses and facilitate sessions.

  • Chrome or Edge browser may be used

  • There are many different access levels for the dashboard and depend upon the user's role, including what they can see or do:

    • Super Admins, Regional Admins, and Project Admins

      • Regis will initially set up a client administrator with Super Admin access

      • Administrators and Super Administrators own the overall setup and management of the course

      • Administrators have a view of all sections you see on the landing page, along with session details, user details, and course data/reports.

      • Only super admins can create other admins, facilitators, or sessions.

    • Facilitators

      • Facilitators will have access to the Sessions they belong to, the Users who are part of their sessions, their own enrolled sessions, and the session details/answer choices/data/reports.

    • Participants (End-user)

      • Participants will only see the Enrolled Sessions that they have been assigned to.
