Module 4, Part 2 Purpose
The second part of Onboarding Module Four provides new Creators hands-on practice with advanced features to learn how to incorporate personalized learning elements into their designs.
This document provides instructions where you will discover how to set up adaptive branching, scoring, feedback reports, and AI Avatars to level up personalization, engagement, retention, and real-world application.
Module 4, Part 2 Overview
In Part 2 of this module, you will:
Explore the back-end of the NFP industry sim in SimGate Studio to learn about the advanced features built into a real, 3-round, scenario-based learning experience.
Review links to videos and resources in our Help Center with the purpose of learning how to emulate the processes on your own in the example simulation.
Practice these advanced features by editing and adding to the existing sim structure.

completed Part 1!
Step 1: Access and Open Your Personal Module 4 Project
Log in:
In a Chrome or Edge browser, use your Login and PW to access SimGate PORTAL via your unique enterprise URL.
Once logged in, follow the below steps to access the Module 4 project that you duplicated in Module 4, Part 1!
Open your Module 4 project:
Choose the All Projects button on your home page
In the left-hand navigation pane, click on the folder named: MY PROJECTS
Find the project that you duplicated and renamed in Module 4, Part 1.
Note: It was originally named SAMPLE PROJECT_Onboarding Module 4_ MUST DUPLICATE BEFORE USING!!
Open your DUPLICATED personal project in Studio and move on to Step 2.
⚠️ Friendly Warning!
Please DO NOT skip the duplication step in Part 1 and use the original project in your enterprise Onboarding folder to complete this module!
That is the master copy that all onboarding participants need to use. If you make any changes to it, it will change the master version and could impact your colleagues's ability to successfully complete the module.

SEEK AND FIND EVIDENCE: REVIEW, THEN YOU!
Use these "cheat sheet charts" to review your Part 1 “Seek and Find” exploration and check if you found all the instances of personalization in Round 1 of the NFP sim!
Evidence is listed below by state # under the column “Evidence - Where in the Sim?"
ex. “R1 - 3.1” is Round 1, State 3.1
Via the wireflow in Studio, find the example states, then visit the “How to” links to discover how to set up these features yourself.
Last, follow the prompts in “Now you!” and make your own edits and changes!

Step 3: Preview your changes
Using the Preview Mode drop downs to navigate the project (like you did in Module 3), preview the changes you just made for all 5 categories.
